Assignments are accepted direct from Commercial Policyholders and/or their Insurance Brokers, Insurers, Lloyds Underwriters and/or Reinsurers. We are authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority to operate on either side of a major BI loss investigation and have the capacity and professional standing to achieve excellent and well-founded loss adjustments.
Business Interruption losses follow upon Fire, Special Perils (such as Flood, Explosion, Escape of Water etc) and Special Extensions which may include Suppliers, Customers, Murder, Notifiable Disease (including Covid 19) and Sudden and Unforeseen Damage to Machinery.
Additionally, Financial losses and disputes arising from Negligence, Contract Breach and the like are also handled.
