A business continuity plan, once activated after an event will involve a limited number of key personnel in the areas of Premises, Production/ Sales. Staffing, HR, Finance and IT. The plan is designed to mitigate risk, but in particular to respond in a comprehensive fashion following any unfortunate insured event. Dedicated HTL account managers are allocated to key clients to ensure smooth communication channels.
